As our body is complex and needs lots of different elements- like vitamins, carbohydrates, fibre, minerals, fat to some extent- you have to take all of them with food. But you have balance between how much calories you take and how much calories you burn.

Eat as much as your body is capable to burn. Healthy eating also implies a well fitness. This is the reason for balancing between the intake of calories and their release. If this balance is disturbed, you will gain the weight. Here we suggest some tips that will help you to eat your favourite food and stay healthy and beautiful!
