Yoga – What It Is and How It Helps

They facilitate the head and neck movement, provide ligaments stretching, eliminating the nerves impairment.

The question bothering many women is if yoga with so little movement can help lose weight. And the answer is yes. Yoga is a complex of static exercises, the effect of which equals to twenty minutes of jogging. The huge variety of poses and the right breathing techniques normalize metabolism and help to solve the overweight problem.
